I've wanted to do a project based on "The Lord of Light" by Roger Zelazny for the longest time and my 8th term classes seemed like the perfect opportunity for it. The book is about a group of space colonists who become stranded on an alien planet. With no way to return to Earth, they use their advanced technology to rule over the planet as gods of the Hindu pantheon. It's an incredible book and I highly recommend it!
